Simple and high performing, the 105 gpm (397 L/min) centrifugal pump can generate approximately 95 psi (6.6 bar). The cast-iron option is perfect for general all-purpose spraying. While the stainless-steel upgrade is key for corrosive chemicals, such as chelated iron. Other features include a hydraulic motor and a bleed line that purges air from the pump automatically. All centrifugals are easy to maintain—with no diaphragms to replace or oil to change.

Impact-resistant and styled for excellent visibility to the outer boom sections, the tank offers a low center of gravity for stability. What spraying job doesn’t require its own, special nozzle type? With this design, you can install three different types of nozzles at the same time. To change from one nozzle type to the next, simply rotate the nozzle body until the desired nozzle is located in the spraying position. Changing between different nozzle types just got easy.

Choose between an 18-ft (5.5-m) spray boom or 15-ft (4.6-m)/21-ft (6.4-m) convertible spray boom. The durable square tubing and a welded construction add strength and rigidity. The bidirectional breakaway system protects boom when encountering obstacles in forward or reverse. All feature a standard electrohydraulic boom lift and lower system.

Don’t you hate it when an individual boom is turned off while spraying and the pressure drops substantially, taking a few seconds to come back. Won’t happen with our throttling valve assembly. These valves actually regulate the system pressure when booms are turned off and on. So the pressure stays consistent and even throughout the pass.

Like the manual, the control box mounts to a ram mount in the glove box and is easy to view. All controls to operate the sprayer are there, including the auto/manual switch to spray in automatic mode or, if preferred, manual mode. In auto mode, the system automatically regulates the target application rate with variations in speed. That can help simplify the spraying process.

Perfect for traditional pressure-based spraying, the control box mounts to a ram mount in the glove box and is easy to view. A simple liquid pressure gauge and all controls to operate the sprayer are there. Switches include a pressure increase/decrease switch, master switch, individual boom-control switches, boom lift/lower switches, and a foam marker switch. All within easy reach.
